SERIES.

The UPLIFT Series is an empowering program designed to provide youth with essential mental health tools, fostering connections and a sense of belonging outside of school. Certified UPLIFT Mentors guide participants through an 8-week journey (once a week) where teens will acquire life-changing skills, including self- awareness, emotional resilience, and social competence. Within each session, students experience foundational practices such as yoga, mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and peer-led conversations. The series is offered 4 - 5 times a year at accessible local studios in-person and online virtually.

SCHOOL PROGRAM.

The UPLIFT School Program puts Social-Emotional Learning into action. Students learn the foundations of mindfulness while gaining lifelong mental health tools: empathy, self-awareness, emotion regulation, stress management, positive relationships, and daily practices for whole wellness. The six to eight-week program, led by a certified UPLIFT mentor, delivers a research-based curriculum and establishes a peer-supportive community tailored to fit both in-school and after-school environments.

YOGASSEMBLIES + COMMUNITY EVENTS.

Certified UPLIFT Teen Teachers & Mentors skillfully guide students to connect with themselves and each other. Through a single, dynamic session of mindful movement, meditation, journaling and engaging conversation, students learn practices to start their wellbeing journey and build their whole wellness toolbox. This offering is a great way to spark interest in students to participate in potential in-school or after-school series.

TEEN TEACHER TRAINING.

200hr UPLIFT Teen Teacher Training is a certification that equips teens to support others with their wellbeing through yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and journaling, as well as mastering the skills of group facilitation and connection. This training is a self-discovery journey unlike any other. Led by a team of UPLIFT certified Mentors, individuals grow into capable, engaged, and inspired leaders of their greater communities. Teens are most influenced by one another, and through UPLIFT Teen Teacher Training teens become the change we wish to see in the world.

TEEN RETREATS.

UPLIFT retreat is a four-day immersive experience for youth to unplug from day-to-day stresses and nurture their wellbeing through movement, mindfulness, nature, and community. This summer program is designed to offer teens the time and space for compassionate self-inquiry and authentic connection with others. With a 5:1 teen-to-mentor ratio, participants are supported in this away-from-home experience. UPLIFT retreat leave a lasting and transformative impact on one's wellness journey.

MENTOR TRAINING.

UPLIFT Mentor Training exists for individuals who currently work with youth, or aspire to do so. Currently offered as an in-person long weekend training, UPLIFT believes in sharing what we have unpacked, discovered and created over the last decade with more and more young people. Our approach excitedly aligns with social emotional learning (CASEL) and Whole Child Framework. Participants walk away with a greater sense of awareness as a youth facilitator and practical tools to support this generation through connection and community. A 200+hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification is not a prerequisite to this training, however it is a wonderful compliment and building block to bring these transformative practices to youth! ONLINE RESOURCES.

UPLIFT Podcast and YouTube channels exist to amplify teen voices, empower them to lead one another, and make teen mental health resources available to all. Both channels are filled with free, relatable online tools to meet teens where they are at, whether they are just starting to explore their own mental health journey or need a steady reminder that they are not alone. Mental health is a life-long practice, by putting on an episode or guided meditation, one is teleported into a feeling of connection, hope and inspiration!
